A Fun 'Z' Fold

This 'z' fold took me quite a while to make but was a lot of fun. I think I will be saving it for my great nieces 1st birthday later this year.
The designer series paper and stamp are all sneak peek items from the new catalogue.
I have used the same measurements as my 'hens party' z fold but will list them here for you again.

Cardstock is Pacific Point cut at 11inches by 4 & 1/4 inches.
Scored at 2 & 3/4 and 5 & 1/2.
The striped designer series paper is cut at 11 inches by1 & 3/4 inches.
The other pieces of designer series paper with the balloons on in the background are cut at
2 & 1/2 inches  by 5 & 1/2 inches and 2 & 1/2 inches by 2 & 3/4 inches
Both sentiments are from the same stamp set with matching framelits. I have stamped a few of the balloons on shimmer cardstock and then coloured with the water color pencils and my aqua painter.
These are popped up with dimensionals. The oval cut out on the front of the card was made layering one oval inside the other in real red cardstock to give me the frame. The little girl holding the cupcake was just adhered at the back so she is 'peeking out'. I have used another new item to punch out the sentiment on the front of the card and then just trimmed off the bottom piece.
I am happy to answer any questions if you would like to CASE my design.
This is definitely going to be one of my favorite bundles.

  1. This is adorable!!! Where did you get the little girl holding the cupcake? I noticed it is not in the stamp set. I can't wait to see the new catalog.

    1. Thank you Debbie. The back of the little girl is in the stamp set. The front view of her is from the matching designer series paper. There is a matching framelit which cuts her out perfectly. It s such a wonderful bundle. I can't wait to see what others come up with x
